ThermoFlex PLUS is available in 26 colors including four of our original neon colors which have replaced the fluorescent colors. The PLUS products exhibits a soft hand and a satin matte finish. PLUS exhibits excellent opacity and bright colors on even the darkest fabrics. PLUS is a low or no bleed (dye migration) on most reactive or sublimation dyed fabrics. PLUS has been successfully used on many athletic meshes. This product WILL NOT ADHERE TO NYLON.
ThermoFlex PLUS is price competitive with Stahls hot peel. Thermofilm out performs better in all of our wash tests. PLUS is easier to cut, weed and apply than Thermofilm and has a consistent matte finish without the necessity of a texturing sheet. All of our products are "cold peel".
ThermoFlex Extra continues to be a great seller and will continue to be available in a broader range of colors. These products adhere to nylon and other heat sensitive materials and generally out perform the Gorilla Grip II product of Stahls. These also work extremely well on athletic meshes at a price well below the Thermogrip product. These exhibit good durability on cotton and blend tees when they are applied at 325 F for 15 seconds and when the decorated shirts are washed in cold water and tumbled driy.
The Super Metallic DecoFilm products are greatly improved and now adhere to nylon products. When washing, bleach and some enzyme products can discolor the print through oxidation and it is best to wash this product inside out in cool water and tumbled dry. We are now offering a new Deco-Sparkle product in 6 beautiful holographic foils. These films are best used for smaller decorative accents as they don't have very much stretch to them.
The Ref-Lite material is composed of glass beads and is very hard on cutting blades. The best cutting is done at very slow speeds. Every color demonstrates its own set of characteristics. best results and maximun reflectivity are obtained by utilizing negative lettering as seen in the cut samples. Small letters are difficult to weed. The application times and temperatures are critical. My best results are 280 F for five seconds for the 8500 colors and 300 F for ten seconds for the 9501 Silver. Too much pressure, time and temperature will stick the liner to the garment and may re-flow the glass beads.
We are introducing lower priced E-Z Weed and ThermoFlex Sport products for use in athletic lettering.
Most of our products may be used together in various combinations for special effects and multicolor designs and numbers. we are developing "TIP" sheets at this time and will have this information on our web site in the near future.
